Pokémon Trainer School (just like in the games!)

This course will focus on strengthening your skills in Pokémon for any game, for both fun and for the competitive scene. Students will have the knowledge and skillset of understanding situations for certain battles, speedruns, competitive, leveling up Pokémon correctly, and use it to battle with other students in class.

The course will utilize laptops with the provided game Pokémon Showdown! to use throughout the course for team building, Pokémon knowledge and understanding, using non-damaging moves properly, looking at a scene on projector or a mock-battle on what to do for the situation, and even go competitive with a custom team or random generated Pokémon team to battle against other classmates. In the end, the students will all have a chance to fight a former Pokémon Showdown! Contestants from previous years in the competitive scene, me!
