Culinary Basics
Join us this summer for a fun culinary skillset class that will guide students with all of their senses. The first week the class will focus on foundation of culinary arts like basic techniques, time management and history. The second week we’ll explore flavors/seasoning, cooking meats, and adding more creativity. On the last day you’ll apply your learning to create an original dish from a mystery basket of ingredients. Prepare your palette to be wowed for what is sure to be a tasty experience!

FEE: $195 + $30 materials fee (S1 & S2); $225 + $40 materials fee

Dominique Kramer has been in the food industry for 20 years + with training from Johnson and Wales University for Culinary Arts and Bachelors in Food Service Management. Chef Dom has been a chef at the Winter Olympics in Utah in 2002, at Microsoft in Silicone Valley, working for School food industry and catering. |
