Culinary Intermediate
You will learn to flip an omelet and two designs, design a pancake but make your own batter, make your own pasta and sauce, several bread recipes, work with chocolate and learn to design more in the dessert, diversity dishes and much more. You will also use these foods to learn more detail skills like knife cuts, mise en place, cleaning, food prepping, and cooking. The class is very interactive and lots of facts. If you have the energy to keep up, like food and have fun; this class is definitely going to be challenging and but very rewarding. Skills for Life!

Chef Dom has been a chef at the Winter Olympics in Utah in 2002, at Microsoft in Silicon Valley, working for School food industry and catering. |
