Beyond Mindfulness: The Art of Meditation
Would you like to have less stress, bring more calm into your life, make better decisions, and improve your relationships with family and friends? The art of meditation can help you with these aspirations and more. This class will allow you to explore various types of meditation techniques so that you can develop your own personal and deeply meaningful practice and is suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners, as well. Don’t be shy—meditation is for everyone and may become the most essential component of your day!
The 4th class meeting is optional and designed as a potential make-up day for students who miss any meetings and an extra opportunity to explore meditation for others.

Elizabeth Sosaya | Having attended numerous meditation retreats, studied with accomplished teachers, and practiced the art for over 30 years, I wrote a book on the subject called The Art of Silence, Meditation for the Western Mind, published under the pseudonym Elizabeth Aires. Currently certified with the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, I began teaching on-line and in-person group classes five years ago.
