French Macarons
This hands-on class will dispel the mystery of making French Macarons. From start to finish, you will learn the techniques for mixing and piping beautiful macarons to baking and filling your finished product. You will learn how to create flavor variations and pair your macarons with complementary fillings. You will make vanilla French meringue macarons paired with a lemon curd filling and strawberry French meringue macarons paired with a chocolate ganache filling. $20 materials fee payable to instructor.
