Elisabeth DeSwart

 

 

Elisabeth DeSwart is a dietitian, and teacher of culinary arts and whole-plant-based nutrition at Cuesta College. DeSwart’s approach of equity, positivity, compassion, and humor aim to welcome all. Sharing delicious food and recipes is her favorite way to bring people together. 

Wendy Fertshneider

I have been a registered dietitian working in community nutrition for 42 years. I have been a vegetarian for 40 years and fully plant based for 6. Most of my continuing professional education has been in plant based nutrition. I am passionate about helping others discover the power of their food choices to eat deliciously, improve their health and mitigate climate change.
