Longevity Lunches
Enjoy food, fitness and community for health and longevity in this fun four-week class.
We will be exploring the shared practices of centenarian communities worldwide, preparing
whole-plant-based lunches, and practicing Chen-style tai chi.
Master healthful cooking techniques to prepare tasty classics, like crispy nuggets
and flautas, fresh salsa, stuffed lettuce cups with umami dressing, frosted cake,
fruit crumble a la mode, and a holiday show-stopper. Served build-your-own-style
to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences and needs.
