Easy Yeast Breads
This hands-on class will teach you the techniques for creating a variety of yeast breads. Student swill learn about working with yeast doughs, including techniques for kneading, shaping, and proofing. During class, student will work in small groups and prepare an artisan potato cheddar cheese bread and easy dinner rolls.
