Join us in learning about the cuisines and longevity practices of the Salinan People of California. Our class includes the nutrition, history, role, application, and protection of indigenous and introduced foods, and their growth, procurement, preparation and consumption. Free course materials include video interviews with Salinan locals, historical documents and texts, and lectures.
