Each session will focus on a specific body part and how its movement metaphors show up in your life. You will be guided through processes and experiences that release primal forces within you and you will learn to harness these for use in your day-to-day life. No specific experience necessary; open to all levels; parts 1 & 2 are complementary, not repeated.
