- When required, assess each call situation to determine the best course of action and the most appropriate patient BLS treatment protocol.
- Use medical supplies, equipment and procedures including, but not limited to, spinal immobilization equipment, oxygen administration equipment, suction devices and CPR and other procedures as required to provide the highest quality pre-hospital patient care.
- Assist Paramedic partners with the delivery of ALS care. Assistance in this regard includes, but is not limited to, IV preparation, taking vital signs, placing patient on the EKG monitor and pulse oximetry.

21 years of age, possession of a California RN Licensure, driving record in compliance with SLA policies regarding insurability, possession of a High School diploma or equivalent (GED), graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required, possession of a Current ACLS Certification, possession of a current PALS certification, recommendation of CEN (and/or CCRN), three (3) years of critical care nursing experience (within the previous 4 years) prior to employment as a critical care transport nurse with SLA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action and the most appropriate patient treatment protocol.
- Performs a patient assessment, obtains a pertinent medical report from the referral staff, determines the need for stabilization in a collaborative manner, performs interventions and assesses the patient response to those interventions.
- Use medical supplies, medications, equipment and procedures including, but not limited to, defibrillators, EKG monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, oxygen administration and suction devices, hemodynamic monitoring, intravenous fluids, CPR and other procedures as required to provide the highest quality inter-hospital patient care.
- Provide patient care at a critical care/advanced life support level according to SLA and SLOCO EMSA policies and protocols.

Camp Counselor Responsibilities:

At a minimum, candidates must come to the job with basic First Aid and CPR certifications, a desire to work with children, and a willingness to learn. We provide pre-employment online training as well as a week of onsite training for all basic skills pertaining to our counseling and other job roles. Additionally, staff participate in goal-setting sessions with weekly check-ins and a staff portfolio to track personal and professional development.

All of our positions are are full-time 6 days a week from June 15 - August 20, 2023. During their 24 hours off, students are able to go off-site if desired. We are flexible with pre-planned summer commitments as long as students are open about their time off needs in the interview process. Students may be able to successfully complete summer courses while working, but they must be online and asynchronous.

We operate on a 6 day on and 1 (full 24 hours) day off schedule. However, you do have downtime and breaks throughout the days you are working. Unfortunately, our business model doesn’t allow for part time work. We have been known to be fairly flexible with school schedules whether you’re on semester or quarter system.

The salary range is $46.39 - $56.40 per hour. Regular employees are eligible to participate
in court sponsored retirement, health, vision, and dental programs. Other benefits
include life insurance, flexible spending, deferred compensation, tuition reimbursement
for job related education, and an employee assistance program. Regular employees enjoy
thirteen paid holidays per year and accrue vacation and sick leave hours.

The court seeks regular full-time court reporters. However, the court will consider
any qualified applicants interested in serving the court as an official reporter pro
tempore. Regular full-time official court reporters are required to maintain a 40-hour
work week and a daily schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Where will the selected candidates be working? Is there an opportunity to work in
different locations or remotely?
The selected candidates will report to the San Luis Obispo Branch located at 1035
Palm Street. Based on assignment, selected candidates may be required to travel to
the Paso Robles Branch located at 901 Park Street, or other locations. By statute,
remote work is not an option. Court reporters must be present in the courtroom.

Certified court reporters fill a specialized role in court operations. However, any

For the entry level sales and operations roles, they will be responsible for assisting in day to day operations within the fulfillment center. Receiving the truck, picking orders for the Account Managers and delivering orders to the customers. This gives them a beginning insight into how we operate.

We are a Monday-Friday company, open from 7:00-5:00, so the students get their nights and weekends off. We can easily work with a school schedule and predominately look for part time candidates.
