This apartment has 3 private bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave. The complex has a very nice gym, pool, laundry, theatre, study area, gathering area, and computer lab. I was really looking forward to living here but got off the waitlist at Cal Poly and will now be in a student dorm on campus. This location is a 1 minute walk from a grocery store/ restaurant area, a 10 minute drive to Cuesta, and a 3 minute walk to a hiking trailhead. The complex has an office that is staffed 9-5, and is filled with mostly Cuesta and Cal Poly students. I'm looking to find a replacement candidate for my lease but you would be signing it directly with Valencia. Please contact me if you are interested.
