CVC Exchange Student Refund Policy
Refund for dropped CVC California Virtual Campus-OEI class(s)
If you are enrolled as a student through California Virtual Campus-OEI, you will need to drop the unwanted class by following the CVC-OEI process. (For assistance, please visit the CVC-OEI website.)
- After you have dropped the class, please wait one day before requesting your refund.
- Students will be eligible for a refund if the student drops their course(s) within
the refund deadline, becomes eligible for the California College Promise Grant or
the department cancels the class. Students with a credit amount for the current semester
must send a request to studentaccounts@cuesta.edu
- Please include the following information in your email
- Students's Full Name
- Cuesta ID number
- Course Name
- Please include the following information in your email
- The refund process will begin for the student once the Cashier’s Office receives the email request. Students will receive a refund within 15 business days from the date of the email request. A refund will be issued via your BankMobile refund preference.

If you can no longer access your myCuesta portal and need to complete one of these forms by paper, please email studentaccounts@cuesta.edu and include your name and student ID number.
