Dear Colleagues,

SLO County Public Health Department just sent a press release regarding increased case counts of COVID-19 and the Delta variant in our community. As summer continues, the national and state case counts are rising predominantly among those who remain unvaccinated. It has been a long period of pandemic and you have been excellent in practicing social distancing, mask wearing, and frequent hand washing to protect your health. I implore you to keep it up! Don’t let your guard down now, keep up the safe practices and know that it is always okay to choose to wear a mask.
