Holly Cole

Director of Inpatient and Emergency Services, Adventist Health Twin Cities
Holly graduated from Morro Bay High School and later married her high school sweetheart, with whom she has three children. Her nursing journey began at Cuesta College, where she completed nursing assistant classes before graduating from the nursing program in 2007. Holly furthered her education by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Her career in healthcare commenced in 2004 at Twin Cities Hospital, where she started as a nurse’s aide. Over the years, Holly has demonstrated dedication and skill, steadily advancing her career to become an accomplished Nursing Leader. She is the Director of Emergency and Inpatient Services at Twin Cities Hospital.
Throughout her 20-year tenure, Holly has actively contributed to various committees to enhance patient care within our community. Her commitment to excellence and passion for nursing continue to impact healthcare significantly.
Dr. Anthony Lanfranco ’95

Dr. Anthony R. Lanfranco is an associate professor of clinical medicine specializing in pulmonary, allergy, and critical care at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. He holds leadership roles within the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care, including Assistant Program Director for Bronchoscopy and Airway Management Education and Program Director for the Advanced Interventional Pulmonology and Thoracic Oncology Fellowship Program.
Before embarking on his medical career, Dr. Lanfranco served as a Marine. He continued his studies at Cuesta College, pursuing General Studies. He earned an English and Biological Sciences degree from the University of California at Davis, his MD from Drexel University College of Medicine, and an MS in Medical Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Lanfranco’s expertise lies in Interventional Pulmonaryology, Critical Care Medicine, and various pulmonary conditions, including Thoracic Malignancy, Lung Cancer, and Pleural Disease. He is dedicated to medical education and research and contributes to the training of future healthcare professionals.
Lydia Zabrycki, '86

Vice President, CAPTRUST and Client Engagement for the ACEC Retirement Trust
Lydia Zabrycki, Vice President at CAPTRUST, spearheads client engagement for the ACEC Retirement Trust, a premier 401(k) Program tailored for American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) members. In her role, Lydia collaborates with C-Suite executives, educating them on the advantages of an integrated retirement plan solution.
With a rich background in leadership roles within civil engineering firms, Lydia has a proven track record of implementing efficiency-enhancing strategies and fostering strategic partnerships. She excels bridging gaps between various business facets, industries, and communities.
Passionate about empowering women, Lydia actively participates in initiatives like the CAPTRUST Women’s Initiative, CAPTRUST GROW, and the ACEC Buddy UP program. Her collaborative approach has led to significant organizational growth and the achievement of business objectives.
Lydia’s dedication to business advocacy has been recognized through accolades such as the Small Business Advocate of the Year award by CalChamber in 2016.
A proud alumna of Cuesta College, Lydia earned her AA degree in 1986 before continuing her academic journey at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree.
