Cuesta College offers a voluntary life insurance plan through Prudential. As a new hire you are guaranteed up to two times your annual earnings not to exceed $100,000 with no health questions. If you are not a new hire and want to add the life insurance (during open enrollment), you will be subject to medical questions. Please submit forms to the Benefits Office.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Cuesta College also offers a voluntary plan solely for accidental death and dismemberment through Prudential. Employees are eligible to enroll in a no-cost-to-you $2,000 coverage (new hire or during open enrollment). Employees may also choose to purchase additional coverage for themselves and their family.
