Faculty Designee Forms: High School Teacher Led

In this model, the High School Teacher is the Instructor of Record on the Cuesta College side and delivers the course content that represents both the Cuesta College course and the high school course simultaneously. In this model, a Cuesta College faculty member (“Faculty Designee”) conducts a Curriculum Review/Minimum Qualification verification, and completes an annual course evaluation (per course, per High School Dual Enrollment Teacher).

Cuesta Led Resources:

In this model, a Cuesta College instructor is the Instructor of Record for an online course that students participate in during their established bell schedule/high school period. This model requires a collaboration between the Cuesta College Instructor and the High School Dual Enrollment Teacher that supports students in the coursework during the corresponding high school period.
