Cuesta College campusCuesta College’s main campus – an island unto itself – sits in the shadow of 1,300-foot Cerro Romauldo, about a 10-minute drive from San Luis Obispo to the east and Morro Bay to the west. The surrounding area is a mecca to lovers of outdoor activities — from hiking, cycling and running, to swimming, surfing and kayaking. 

Associated Students of Cuesta College sits at the center of student life and leisure activities on campus. The organization, which includes the campus student government, oversees more than a dozen clubs. If you don’t see one you like, ASCC encourages you to start one up that you do like! The ASCC Social Club in the Student Center is a great place to hang out between classes, listen to music, play a video game or game of pool and meet new friends.

Women's SoccerAre you a sports lover? Cuesta fields more than a dozen competitive teams from cross country, volleyball, soccer and wresting in the fall, to basketball in the winter, and baseball, softball, track and field, and swimming and diving in the spring. Come to the games and support your Cougar teams. Cuesta’s Community Programs offers a variety of aquatic and fitness programs.

Cuesta's performing artsCuesta’s $22 million Cultural and Performing Arts Center opened in 2009 to showcase the college’s active musical and performing arts programs. See and hear Cuesta’s talented musicians in a variety of formats, from jazz ensembles and a full orchestra, to a number of choral groups. Also look for visiting professional musicians who hold student workshops before performances.
