Looking at the Stars - An Introduction to Astronomy

Join us in our Astronomy class, and take a tour of the universe! Using a professional telescope, you will have the opportunity to view celestial objects, and enjoy the many spectacles available in the night sky. You will be to participate in lively discussions about the planets, stars, and our galaxy. If weather interferes with viewing, a presentation about Astronomy will be conducted in a class room. Participants are encouraged to use their equipment (telescopes or binoculars) and bring a chair to set up in the field.
