The Appetizer Tray

This class will present the students with an opportunity to create and taste a variety of appetizers. The students will begin by creating and sampling specific appetizer recipes. After a few days of practice, the students will research and make their own appetizer creations. On the final day of class, the students will prepare a buffet style feast for their families and themselves. This class will include lecture, and a demonstration of kitchen skills and preparation skills.
