Food of the World

This class will explore the diversity of food created and prepared around the world. Each day, the students will take their taste buds on a trip to a different country. This class will include lecture, and a demonstration of kitchen skills and preparation skills. The students will be required to participate in the creation and preparation of the meals each day. In addition, the students will be able to eat the meals they create!

FEE: $150 + $35 materials fee
